★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é muito boa, não tem como negar, mas sempre tive algum tipo de problema, ou entregaram errado, ou não colocou o que pedi, mas hoje infelizmente fiquei mais de uma hora e trinta minutos esperando e nada da pizza chegar. Em conversa no whaWhats foi me informado que entregaram minha pizza em local errado. Fiquei put#& da vida, e mesmo reclamando apenas uma "leve" desculpas. Sempre comprei lá e não fazem questão em perder um cliente. Perderam e olha que mesmo com os erros eu continuava. Foi bom pra aprender.
The pizza is very good, there is no denying it, but I have always had some kind of problem, or they delivered it wrong, or did not put what I ordered, but today unfortunately I spent more than an hour and thirty minutes waiting and nothing of the pizza arrived. In conversation at whaWhats I was informed that they delivered my pizza in the wrong place. I was put # & life, and even complaining just a "light" excuse. I have always bought there and do not insist on losing a customer. They lost and look that even with the mistakes I continued. It was good to learn.

Se podem comprar em outro, comprem em outro.
Pizza demora mas de 1 hora e meia pra chegar, quando reclama diz que está chegando.
Cancelei e nem desculpas pediram.
E se estava chegando porque ela não pediu pra esperar 5 minutos? Mentira Pura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! Apesar de no cardápio estar constando que todas as pizzas vem catupiry e ter o logo da catupiry no mesmo. TODAS as pizzas vem com requeijão genérico, para a sua pizza vir com o catupiry é cobrado R$6 de acréscimo.
ISSO É DESRESPEITAR E ENGANAR O CLIENTE.
Nada contra as pizzas serem feitas com requeijão cremoso mas não vendam gato por lebre, deixem explícito no cardápio a informação!
WATCH OUT! Although the menu shows that all pizzas come catupiry and have the catupiry logo on it. ALL pizzas come with generic curd, for your pizza to come with catupiry is charged R $ 6 in addition.
THAT IS DISRESPECTING AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMER.
Nothing against pizzas being made with creamy curd but don't sell cat in a poke, make the information explicit on the menu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez q iria experimentar a Pizza dessa marca pois e perto de casa, fiz o pedido e foi me falado q demoraria 35 minutos, não chegou liguei novamente e me disseram q estava à caminho, deu 1h 20 minutos e nada da pizza chegar, novamente liguei e me disseram q estava vindo.
E assim foi a pizza nunca chegou, absurdo uma empresa ter esse tipo de atitude com os clientes.
Não conhecia a pizzaria e agora espero q ninguém conheça e nem compre.
Péssima atitude.
First time I would try this brand's Pizza because it's close to home, I ordered and was told it would take 35 minutes, it didn't arrive, I called again and was told it was on its way, it took 1h 20 minutes and none of the pizza arrived, again I called and they told me it was coming.
And so the pizza never arrived, it's absurd for a company to have that kind of attitude with customers.
I didn't know the pizzeria and now I hope that no one knows it or buys it.
Bad attitude.
