â â â â â Preciso trocar a bateria do meu celular. NĂŁo moro em Bauru. Liguei na loja para perguntar se eles possuem a bateria em estoque para que eu possa deixĂĄ-lo para realizar a troca. Fui "mal educadamente" informado que devo primeiro viajar e levar o celular para anĂĄlise, para que em outro dia eu viaje novamente e o leve para conserto.
Obrigado, vcs acabam de perdem um cliente. Uma simples informação, passada com boa vontade, resolveria o problema.
I need to change my cell phone battery. I don't live in Bauru. I called the store to ask if they have the battery in stock so I can leave it for the exchange. I was "badly polite" informed that I must first travel and take the cell phone for analysis, so that on another day I travel again and take it for repair.
Thank you, you just lost a customer. Simple information, passed on willingly, would solve the problem.
