★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma simples regulagem, me ofereceu varios serviços dentre eles limpeza da parte eletrica que paguei por ser leigo, e quando meu instrumento voltou tive ruidos altissimos de sujeira nos potenciometros do tone, captadores voltaram imundos e o mesmo sequer abriu minha guitarra. As duas estrelas são pq pelo menos colocou as cordas que eu enviei e não cordas mais baratas, e a altura das cordas ficou do meu agrado. Nunca mais retorno.
I asked for a simple adjustment, offered me several services, including cleaning the electrical part that I paid for being a layman, and when my instrument came back I had very loud noises of dirt in the tone pots, pickups came back filthy and it didn't even open my guitar. The two stars are because at least put the strings I sent and not cheaper strings, and the height of the strings was to my liking. I will never return.

O Danilo explica exatamente o serviço que será feito no instrumento (com paciência e humildade, inclusive para quem não entende do assunto). O violão voltou perfeito, dentro do prometido por ele. O preço é bastante justo, e o prazo é muito bom. Além do excelente serviço prestado, o Danilo é uma pessoa super cordial e prestativa. Com certeza levarei outros instrumentos na oficina dele! Recomendo!

Quando o assunto são guitarras acústicas e semi-acústicas, os meninos são separados dos homens, porque nem todo luthier pega o serviço e muitos deles que pegam acabam não regulando bem. Mandei minha guitarra para ele por recomendação do Dney Bitencourt e o cara buscou e trouxe no meu trabalho, sem cobrar nada a mais por isso. Ela ficou excelente, regulagem de oitavas em pontes de madeira dão um trabalhão, além dele tirar fotos (que eu nem tinha pedido) para me mostrar o problema. Nitidamente o cara gosta muito do que faz. Ah.. só para passar mais confiança, o cara trabalhou com o Edmar Luigh, um dos grandes luthiers prestigiados e reconhecidos.
