Sempre fiz com profissional meu cabelo sem formol ou química muito agressiva, acho que esses tipos de comentários não são bons pra clientes, tipo um cabelo alisado quando está molhado não fica igual ao chapeado não quer dizer que está danificado ou quando se pega chuva enfim.
Good products but unpleasant seller, I felt embarrassed to hear that my hair was going to fall out of his mouth.
I have always done my hair professionally without formaldehyde or very aggressive chemistry, I think these types of comments are not good for clients, like a straightened hair when it is wet does not look like silver does not mean it is damaged or when it rains anyway.
