★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi boa , amassaram meu carro no elevador de carros , o alinhamento não foi bom , a caixa de direção vazou logo após o fim da garantia, honestamente não foi bom , sem pessoas especializadas , não gostei.
It was not good, my car was dented in the car lift, the alignment was not good, the steering box leaked right after the end of the warranty, honestly it was not good, without specialized people, I did not like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Foi com meu carro com uma folga na caixa de direção e eles foram logo condenado a caixa dizendo que só outra caixa nova, achei o preço muito alto no valor de 1, 950,00. Sendo que fui em oura oficina e não precisou nem fazer embuchamento, só precisou trocar o rolamento e lubrificar. Só gastei 450,00 reais olha a diferença.

Not to mention the customer's waiting room, air conditioning, a luxury sofa with a smart TV to relax! I myself was treated as if I was family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma troca do braço axial e com menos de 1 mês ele veio a ficar ruim, retornei a loja se queixando do mesmo barulho e o Mecanico condenou minha caixa de direção, devido ao valor se alto pra fazer reparo fui embora. Uns 5 dias depois… toda vez que enrolava o volante escutava um único estralo, aí retornei a loja novamente e pedi para que tirassem a peça e novamente fui informado que não era ela e além de ser a caixa de direção agora também tinha que troca praticamente todo sistema do amortecedor dianteiro, um orçamento de quase 2.800r$. Resumindo não fiz o serviço lá e procurei outro mecânico e o mesmo desmontou o braço axial e constatou que era peça que eles tinha trocado. Retornei na DLila com peça já fora do carro e mostrei a eles a peça ruim com menos de 1 mês. Atendimento horrível quando se trata de pós venda relacionado a garantia do produto. No final das contas paguei 125r$ e a dona me devolveu 100r$. Não recomendo a loja a ninguém!
I changed the axial arm and with less than 1 month it got bad, I returned to the store complaining about the same noise and the Mechanic condemned my steering box, due to the high price to make repairs I left. About 5 days later... every time I rolled the steering wheel I heard a single click, so I went back to the store again and asked them to remove the part and again I was informed that it wasn't it and besides being the steering box now I also had to change it practically entire front shock absorber system, a budget of almost 2,800r$. In short, I didn't do the service there and looked for another mechanic and he disassembled the axial arm and found that it was a part that they had changed. I returned to DLila with the part already out of the car and showed them the bad part with less than 1 month. Horrible service when it comes to after sales related to product warranty. In the end I paid 125r$ and the owner returned 100r$. I do not recommend the store to anyone!

Super differentiated service .. nothing like a workshop managed by a woman... To give us more security and comfort! I just left my car for review and I already recommend 5 stars!
