Parecem ser "gente boa", mas não tem profissionalismo.
Demoram MUUUITO a responder, não desenvolvem o atendimento,
não respondem direito o que foi perguntado, etc.
Quanto a qualidade dos produtos, não tenho como opinar, pois desisti de comprar com eles.
The online service is terrible.
They seem to be "good people", but they lack professionalism.
They take a LONG time to answer, they don’t develop the service,
do not answer correctly what was asked, etc.
As for the quality of the products, I have no opinion, because I gave up buying with them.
