â â â â â Tivemos problemas para tirar as medidas. No dia que estive na empresa, nĂŁo tinham os modelos para prova. Combinaram uma data e nao cumpriram. Tive que ligar vĂĄrias vezes.
Combinaram uma data pra entrega(29/06/2018) e nao estão cumprindo. Liguei, falei com proprietårio e ele me disse que só faltava os bordados e que nesta segunda(02/07/2018) entregava. Nesta segunda entrei em contato com a empresa e conversei com a encarregada da produção. A mesma disse que os jalecos ainda estavam em produção ou seja sendo costurados. Divergendo do que o proprietårio disse. E até este momento ele nem me ligou pra passar a verdadeira situação em que se encontra a produção dos jalecos.
We had trouble taking measurements. The day I was at the company, they didn't have the models for proof. They agreed on a date and didn't meet it. I had to call several times.
They agreed on a delivery date (06/29/2018) and are not complying. I called, talked to the owner and he told me that only the embroidery was missing and that this Monday (02/07/2018) would deliver. This Monday I got in touch with the company and talked to the person in charge of production. She said that the lab coats were still in production, that is, being sewn. Diverging from what the owner said. And until this moment he didn't even call me to explain the real situation in which the production of lab coats is.
