Fizeram eu sair de minha casa jabaquara zona sul, fiz uma comunicação põe email referente a uma moto falei o valor e tals que eu pagava ae eles aceitaram, chegando na loja totalmente diferente mesmo eu com os email na mao mostrando pra eles que não era o valor que eles me fizeram ficaram com a orogancia e vão continua com a moto mas só pra lembra que o chato é vc liga na loja e tudo chega lá não ser a mesma coisa que por telefone ou email.
Se tivesse uma nota mas baixa eu dava não curti ter que perde meu dia assim.

They made me leave my home in Jabaquara, south zone, I made a communication, put an email about a motorcycle, I said the amount and such that I paid and they accepted, arriving at the store totally different even I with the emails in hand showing them that it was not the value that they made me stayed with the orogancia and will continue with the bike but just to remember that the annoying thing is you call the store and everything arrives there not being the same thing as by phone or email.
If I had a grade but low I would not like to have to lose my day like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, e pós venda, se vc está pensando em tirar uma moto nesse lugar, recomendo que veja outros lugares também, pessoal muito enrolado, valor da moto não corresponde nada nada com a tabela, sempre acima, motos caras, vendedores enrolados não tem conhecimento nenhum no produto que trabalha, tive a infelicidade de comprar moto com eles, não indico de comprar moto nesse lugar, procurem outro. Vendem a moto sem nem trocar óleo e filtro, só lavam a moto e botam pra vender, tomem cuidado, muita conversa fiada do vendedor se eu não me engano o nome dele é Lucas, pensa num cara enrolado. Motos de baixo KM porém nem manutenção básica querem gastar com a moto. TODO CUIDADO É POUCO.

They sell the bike without even changing the oil and filter, they just wash the bike and put it on sale, be careful, a lot of small talk from the seller if I'm not mistaken, his name is Lucas, think of a guy who is in trouble. Low KM bikes but not even basic maintenance want to spend on the bike. ALL CARE IS LITTLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a moto neste local infelizmente tive a infelicidade de fazer todas as manutenções obrigatórias da moto que adquiri,tive que fazer toda a revisão de troca de óleo troca de filtro troca de fluido seta tanque entrando água que maior dor de cabeça infelizmente não tive sorte. Já na primeira semana a bateria descarregou eles falaram que ia colocar uma nova pois então colocou uma bateria que agora também me deixou na mão. Fico me perguntando como eu peço a moto passou no laudo mas eu lembro que eu estou no Brasil. malandro é o gato!
I bought the bike in this place unfortunately I had the misfortune to do all the mandatory maintenance of the bike I bought, I had to do all the oil change overhaul filter change fluid change arrow tank entering water that bigger headache unfortunately I had no luck. In the first week the battery discharged they said they were going to put a new one because then they put a battery that now also left me in the hand. I keep wondering how I order the bike, but I remember that I'm in Brazil. rascal is the cat!
