Tive a sorte de vir no meu pedido rodelas de tomate podres, os cozinheiros bem competentes, fiz a reclamação quando paguei a conta, mas com a ctza de não voltar mais lá !

Tentei contato pelo telefone no Google e sem sucesso. Não recomendo essa pizzaria, um verdadeiro descaso com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizzaria D'Napoli caiu a qualidade do atendimento e dos produtos oferecidos. Os combos diminuíram a variedade de sabores ofertados e os preços aumentaram. Entretanto, o pior é que a qualidade das pizzas. Hoje (27/04) tive uma experiência não muito boa. Ao chegar na pizzaria D'Napoli da João Durval o cardápio foi substituído por uma versão digital que vc acessa através do seu celular. Vale ressaltar que essa opção fragilizar a segurança da informação deixa seu aparelho de celular vulnerável já que se desconhece a qualidade do serviço contratado pela pizzaria. Além disso, o que é mais esdrúxulo foi ao pagar a conta a ingrata surpresa de perceber que os preços informados no cardápio digital são diferentes dos praticados pela unidade física da pizzaria. A bizarrice é uma afronta ao código de defesa do consumidor e a nossa inteligência. Ao questionar o atendente percebi que intenção da pizzaria é induzir o cliente a se cadastra no site e incentivar a compra via delivery, pois à medida que vc compra se obtém vantagens. E para fechar a conta ao questionar o atendente ainda fui constrangido com a sua indignação. Fico imaginando que na cabeça dele eu deveria agradecer devotadamente por um atendimento ruim, uma pizza morna, um ambiente com climatização inadequada com temperatura de 16°c numa noite fria e preços divergentes entre o cardápio digital e os praticados na loja física. O que deveria ser uma vantagem competitiva e uma inovação se torna um desrespeito ao consumidor e à lei. Obrigado por me deixar com o desejo de nunca mais voltar e sequer pedir quer seja pelo Ifood ou outro canal.

And to close the account when questioning the attendant I was still embarrassed by his indignation. I keep imagining that in his head I should devoutly thank him for a bad service, a lukewarm pizza, an environment with inadequate air conditioning with a temperature of 16°c on a cold night and divergent prices between the digital menu and those practiced in the physical store. What should be a competitive advantage and an innovation becomes a disrespect for the consumer and the law. Thank you for leaving me with the desire to never come back and not even ask whether through Ifood or another channel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço condiz com a qualidade mas é um lugar de comer e ir embora, se esticar um pouco a conversa o garçom vem com o álcool e a franela limpar a mesa que você está.
The price matches the quality but it's a place to eat and go, if you stretch the conversation a little the waiter comes with the alcohol and the flannel clean the table you're at.
