No início do atendimento o barbeiro ofereceu um serviço de hidratação da barba para não ficar espetada e não coçar. Após a explicação dos benefícios, acabei aceitando.
Durante o procedimento achei estranho pois os produtos foram aplicados somente na pele do rosto e não na área da barba. Perguntei ao mesmo e ele afirmou que se tratava se um procedimento na barba e que o produto faria ação ao colocar a toalha quente, quando os produtos se espalhariam para a barba e faria a ação proposta no início do atendimento.
Ao sair, resolvi acessar o site da barbearia e comprovei que fui enganado. O mesmo não fez um procedimento de melhoria e hidratação da barba mas sim uma limpeza de pele. Descrita como Barba D.O.N* (*barba + limpeza de pele).
I was satisfied with the Barba result but I was deceived.
At the beginning of the service, the barber offered a beard hydration service so that it doesn't get stuck and doesn't scratch. After explaining the benefits, I ended up accepting.
During the procedure I found it strange because the products were only applied to the skin of the face and not to the beard area. I asked him and he said that it was a procedure on the beard and that the product would act by placing the hot towel, when the products would spread to the beard and would do the action proposed at the beginning of the service.
Upon leaving, I decided to access the barbershop's website and proved that I was deceived. The same did not do a beard improvement and hydration procedure but a skin cleaning. Described as Barba D.O.N* (*beard + skin cleanser).
