★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns meses levei meu notebook que não estava dando sinal, foi falado que não havia conserto pois a placa mãe tinha queimado, até aí tudo bem, busquei ele e acabei deixando de lado. Hoje, por um motivo qualquer abri e apertei o botão de ligar, pra minha surpresa ligou, não sei se por um golpe único de sorte. Mas isso me instigou, tirei a tampa da memória RAM e para minha surpresa encontrei um pente de 4Gb, sendo que meu notebook(X556ur) vem com um de 8Gb. Não levei a outra assistência, somente essa e até o momento presente não havia sido aberto nada nele e nem por ninguém além dessa loja. Só me leva a crer que pegaram a minha memória e colocaram outra inferior no lugar. Enfim, lamentável, nunca mais os procurarei, tampouco recomendo, fiquem longe dessa loja.
A few months ago I took my notebook that was not giving signal, it was said that there was no repair because the motherboard had burned, so far so good, I looked for it and ended up leaving it aside. Today, for some reason, I opened it and pressed the power button, to my surprise it called, I don't know if it was a single stroke of luck. But this instigated me, I took the cover off the RAM memory and to my surprise I found a 4Gb stick, and my notebook (X556ur) comes with an 8Gb one. I didn't take any other assistance, only this one and so far nothing had been opened in it and not by anyone other than this store. It only leads me to believe that they took my memory and put an inferior one in its place. Anyway, regrettable, I will never look for them again, nor recommend, stay away from this store.
