Apesar das manicures serem ótimas e a esmaltação muito boa, por muitas vezes tive problema com marcação errada e problema com o atendimento pelo wapp. O atendimento e marcação é tão complicado e ruim que nos faz desistir mesmo com bom trabalho das meninas. Na Depilação saí por mais de uma vez CHEIA de pêlos nas pernas por todos os lados e por uma vez a depiladora ia deixar a porta aberta durante a depilação , qdo chegou uma recepcionista e entrou achando q não havia cliente na sala . Complicado...uma pena, pq adoro o lugar e as manicures.
Managerial attendance / scheduling is terrible. Although the manicures are great and the enamel very good, I often had problem with wrong marking and problem with the service by wapp. The service and appointment is so complicated and bad that makes us give up even with the good work of the girls. At Depilation I came out more than once FULL of leg hair on all sides and for once the epilator was leaving the door open during depilation, when a receptionist arrived and came in thinking there was no client in the room. Complicated ... a shame, because I love the place and the manicures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma experiência digamos até perigosa que me expus nessa tarde de sábado, local pequeno,mesas sem distanciamento,sem proteção de acrílico entre cliente e funcionários,clientes circulando sem máscaras,funcionários com uniformes em péssimo estado de limpeza e conservação,com máscaras mal posicionadas e para completar uma algazarra entre funcionários e clientes,ensurdecedor!
Façam valer o discurso sobre a franquia no site!Vocês deveriam ser fechados pela vigilancia sanitaria !
