★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma péssima experiência, reclamos que o chopp estava com gosto de mofo, o garçom prontamente nos atendeu para tentar resolver o problema, no entanto o responsável disse que a culpa era nossa. Que deveríamos tomar o chopp rápido. O mesmo chegou ruim e avisamos no ato. Uma funcionária cheirou o copo e para amenizar o problema trocou apenas o recipiente, nem os copos trocaram. Gostaria de deixar claro que o atendimento do garçom Bruno foi ótimo, muito educado e atencioso. Mas infelizmente não é o suficiente para voltar a esse lugar.
 We had a bad experience, we complained that the beer tasted like mold, the waiter promptly attended to us to try to solve the problem, however the person in charge said it was our fault. That we should have a quick beer. The same arrived bad and we warned immediately. An employee sniffed the glass and to alleviate the problem changed only the container, not even the glasses changed. I would like to make it clear that the service from the waiter Bruno was great, very polite and attentive. But unfortunately it's not enough to return to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei há 2 anos atrás e foi bom, dia 26 fui comemorar meu aniversário e todos meus convidados saíram reclamando.
As pizzas e massas são muito boas, porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, e acredito que a culpa mesmo é do dono e não dos funcionários, pq na realidade o lugar lota é falta funcionários para atender, então no rodízio por exemplo fica mais de 15 minutos sem passar absolutamente nada, pra quem não pegou rodízio uma simples porção de batata demorou muito e ainda veio mecha, acredito que por ser poucos funcionários acaba sobrecarregando eles e aí vai se estressado acabam atendendo mal etc.
Revejam isso...
Ah, só para vcs notarem a discrepância de atendimento, ano passado comemorei em outro lugar da cidade e quando cheguei lá tinham balões com a minha idade, eles tinham entrado nas minhas redes sociais e descoberto quantos anos eu ia fazer fazer colado perto da mesa... nessa a pizzaria a moça fez um auê pq nao queria que eu colasse os meus balões na parede perto da mesa que eles tinham reservado para os meus convidados queriam que colocasse elas em outro lugar do outro lado do salão... enfim atendimento deixa muito a desejar.
Ah, fora que não tinha nenhuma sobremesa so a pizza doce, não tinha sucos diversos, não fomos hem atendidos no geral, eles poderiam ter se programado para receber o lugar cheio pois eu tinha reservado dias antes, enfim poderiam ter ganhado mais fé 25 clientes e em vez disso perderam, perderam muito mais pq nao recomendo pra ngm.
Apesar de tudo conseguimos curtir o aniversário! Pq quem faz um pouco do role tb são as pessoas

The pizzas and pasta are very good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, and I believe that it is the owner's fault and not the employees' fault, because in reality the place is full and there is a lack of employees to serve, so in the carvery, for example, it is more than 15 minutes with absolutely nothing going on, for those who didn't take the rotation, a simple portion of potato took a long time and still came wick, I believe that because there are few employees it ends up overloading them and then they get stressed, they end up serving poorly etc.

Oh, just so you can see the discrepancy in service, last year I celebrated in another place in the city and when I got there they had balloons with my age, they had entered my social media and found out how old I was going to do it next to the table. .. at this pizzeria the girl made a fuss because she didn't want me to stick my balloons on the wall near the table they had reserved for my guests they wanted me to put them somewhere on the other side of the room... much to be desired.
Oh, apart from that there was no dessert except the sweet pizza, there were no different juices, we were not well attended in general, they could have scheduled themselves to receive the full place because I had booked days before, in short, 25 customers could have gained more faith and instead they lost, lost a lot more because I don't recommend it to anyone.
Despite everything we managed to enjoy the birthday! because the people who do a little bit of the role are also the people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local agradável, ótimo atendimento dos garçons que são muito atenciosos, rodízio de pizza e massas muito gostoso e rápido, tem parquinho para as crianças e os brinquedos estão em boas condições, só não gostei da picanha na tábua, pra mim não parece picanha uma carne dura não deu pra comer...
