O inquilino esta a 1 ANO sem pagar o aluguel, somente apos o 3 mes esta imobiliária entrou com ação judicial. e NADA 1 ANO SEM O INQUILINO PAGAR ALUGUEL E A IMOBILIÁRIA NÃO FAZ ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA.

The tenant is 1 YEAR without paying the rent, only after 3 months this real estate filed a lawsuit. and NOTHING 1 YEAR WITHOUT THE TENANT PAYING RENT AND THE REAL ESTATE DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ABSOLUTELY.
