Mas o excelente atendimento como um todo, faz com que algumas peças da lista de peças sejam adquiridas por lá. Lugar agradável. Comunicação e esclarecimento de dúvidas por todos os canais (telefone, WhatsApp, pessoalmente) demonstram um bom entendimento, oque não sabem, buscam a informação com o fabricante. Recomendo.

A entrega superou minha expectativa pois estou no interior de São Paulo (500 km de distância), fechei a compra no final do dia 30/04 e recebi as peças dia 02/05 as 10:00hs (lembrando que houve o feriado de 01/05)...parabéns pela parceria com a transportadora SETEX DO BRASIL, ambos me surpreenderam positivamente.

Preciso de pastilha de freio de uma marca que meu mecânico indicou e não queria pegar no ML para ser mais rápido, achei esta empresa através do marketplace da Americanas, joguei o nome no Google e peguei o telefone para confirmar valor e estoque no dia de ontem (segunda dia 2/2). O funcionário me passou q seria R$ 64 a vista, como era fim de tarde (5 e pouco), não ia conseguir ir até a loja, visto que moro na zn e não na zl. O mesmo indicou ligar de manhã para deixar reservado. Hoje de manhã ligo (estava ja me arrumando para ir, visto que são 30 minutos para chegar) e além de informarem valor de outra peça, depois quando viram qual era a peça exatamente, passaram o valor de R$ 68 à vista, fiquei sem entender e depois foram me falar que o valor de ontem era a condição de 15% no pagto à vista ainda da black friday. Até agora não sei pq o funcionário que me atendeu ontem não deu a dica de eu fazer a compra no site da própria empresa (que eu não tinha entrado, pois nem sabia q dava para comprar online, como disse peguei o telefone no google) para garantir o valor da black friday e assim retirar no dia seguinte. Ainda alegam que não podem manter o valor informado pois o sistema não permite (clichê básico do comércio).
