Gostaria de deixar minha satisfação pelo atendimento deles. O técnico super atencioso e competente. Parabéns ?? ?? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço!! Vc não consegue resolver nada online e nem por telefone. O telefone só serve pra informar de falta de água, do restante, qualquer outro problema que vc tiver tem que ir até um posto de atendimento e ficar aguardando ser atendido por horas!!! Como se uma pessoa normal tivesse sempre essa disponibilidade.
Muito ruim mesmo!! Estamos em 2022 Dae Jundiaí, já passou da hora de vcs terem um atendimento online ou por WhatsApp que facilitasse a vida de todos, incluindo dos atendentes!
Terrible service!! You can't solve anything online or over the phone. The phone only serves to inform you of a lack of water, of the rest, any other problem you have you have to go to a service station and wait to be answered for hours!!! As if a normal person always had that availability.

Para cancelar o serviço, mesmo sem conta em aberto, o inquilino precisa PRESENCIALMENTE, das 09h às 16h (ninguém trabalha) levar o IPTU e o distrato contratual. Onde, por hábito o inquilino nem tem acesso ao carnê de IPTU, principalmente com locações pela Quinto Andar.
Empresa arcaica, pararam no tempo...
Mas, trocar o relógio pra aumentar o consumo, todo ano, eles conseguem...

Além disso, tentei pagar uma conta, solicitando o envio da fatura por e-mail, pois o aplicativo estava dando divergência de dados. Fui informado pela atendente que deveria comparecer a unidade presencialmente para pegar o boleto. Ou seja, além de não prestar serviço adequado, ainda coloca todos em risco em plena pandemia, pois fui obrigado a comparecer presencialmente no local.
