★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é boa, porém não tem muitas opções, não podemos pedir Temaki sem arroz ( poxa, como assim ??? ), o atendimento pelo tablet demora eo atendimento pelo garçom também não me deixou satisfeito. Um lugar bonito, porém tem que melhorar.
 The food is good, but does not have many options, we can not order Temaki without rice (poxa, as well ???), the service by the tablet takes time and the service by the waiter also did not leave me satisfied. A beautiful place, but it has to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no horário de almoço e estava vazio Gracas a Deus. Terceira vez wur voi no almoço, tudo veio muito rápido sushi e sashimi estava bond mas os demais itens ficou a desejar. Ponto para a recepcionista apenas. Restaurante normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre frequentei, indiquei, compareci com familiares e amigos! Moro a 1h do local de carro, e nunca abri mão desse restaurante.
Porém, ontem a culinária estava péssima. Os crus estavam congelados e com gosto de frezer. Os fritos enxarcados de óleo. O yakisoba? Extremamente salgado. Era pra ser rodízio, ficamos lá das 19h às 22h. Fui com uma amiga e nossas filhas, fomos comemorar o dia das mães. Tivemos que tirar da bolsa uma bolacha para tapear a fome das crianças.
Solicitamos falar com um responsável diversas vezes. Ninguém veio! As atendentes super educadas e estavam sem graça por tantas reclamações. Não éramos as únicas insatisfeitas.
As outras mesas também estavam vazias.
A conta deu quase $200. O refrigerante era o único pedido servido com prontidão.
Pagamos e fomos embora com fome.
I have always attended, indicated, attended with family and friends! I live 1 hour from the place by car, and I never gave up on this restaurant.
However, yesterday the cuisine was terrible. The raw ones were frozen and tasted like frezer. The fritters drenched in oil. The yakisoba? Extremely salty. It was supposed to be rotating, we stayed there from 19h to 22h. I went with a friend and our daughters, we went to celebrate Mother's Day. We had to take a cookie out of the bag to cover the children's hunger.
We request to speak to a responsible person several times. Nobody came! The attendants were super polite and were embarrassed by so many complaints. We were not the only ones dissatisfied.
The other tables were also empty.
The bill came to almost $ 200. The soda was the only order served promptly.
We paid and went away hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o restaurante, a comida estava ótima, boa variedade no cardápio, as garçonetes são muito educadas e prestativas, os pedidos chegaram super rápidos, fomos na hora do almoço de semana, estava tranquilo.
Ficamos felizes com a reabertura do restaurante pois já éramos clientes fiéis do Matsuo e a qualidade do novo restaurante continua a mesma, pra mim é o melhor restaurante japonês de Mauá.
I loved the restaurant, the food was great, good variety on the menu, the waitresses are very polite and helpful, orders arrived super fast, we went at lunchtime on weekdays, it was quiet.
We were happy with the reopening of the restaurant as we were already loyal customers of Matsuo and the quality of the new restaurant remains the same, for me it is the best Japanese restaurant in Mauá.
