★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento piorou bastante, você tem que decorar os preços dos itens e conferir enquanto passa na caixa. Na minha última ida peguei um azeite aonde embaixo estava o preço promocional, fui ao caixa e o sabor do azeite que eu peguei achando que era promocional estava escrito em preto por cima do preço, que tb estava em preto,impossível de ver como podem ver na foto, no processo de contestação de preço e conferência fiquei com o rótulo de criminoso por estar errado e com a tentativa de levar vantagem. Era meu direito como consumidor, segundo o CDC, levar o produto conforme anunciado na gôndola, pois realmente estava pouquíssimo claro e mal posicionado, parecia má intenção do jeito que estava. Não quis levar a discussão adiante e não quis levar o produto em seu preço original, mas esperava um melhor atendimento e no mínimo que o gerente atendesse e mostrasse solicites. Péssimo atendimento e tratativa, espero que seja um caso isolado.

On my last trip I got an olive oil where the promotional price was at the bottom, I went to the cashier and the flavor of the olive oil that I got thinking it was promotional was written in black over the price, which was also in black, impossible to see as you can see in the photo, in the price dispute and conference process, I was labeled a criminal for being wrong and trying to take advantage. It was my right as a consumer, according to the CDC, to take the product as advertised on the shelf, because it really was very unclear and poorly positioned, it seemed like bad intentions the way it was. I didn't want to take the discussion further and I didn't want to take the product at its original price, but I expected better service and at least the manager would answer and show requests. Terrible service and treatment, I hope this is an isolated case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente ficou muito bonito este mercado, totalmente fora dos padrões dos demais Dalben , ficou moderno e espaçoso especialmente a área de alimentação que da um show! Parabéns ! Excelente atendimento e preço justo, torneiras de chopp são a grande atração, da pra degustar todos os sabores pagando somente por ml tomado, buffet por quilo completo até com comida japonesa em determinado horário, depois das 16:00 vira um bar/lanchonete com deliciosas porções e lanches além de um barista preparando os mais variados ?drinks! Vale a pena conferir , recomendadíssimo !!
Estou reavaliando o local ! Infelizmente não conseguiram manter o padrão de atendimento , a comida continua boa os lanches muito saborosos mas o atendimento caiu , mas caiu muuuuito ! Os garçons todos perdidos e despreparados , não sabem nem mesmo os números das mesas, esperei quase uma hora para trazerem uma lata de coca, sempre esquecem de alguma coisa , bem ruim mesmo , infelizmente não pretendo voltar mais neste local por conta do atendimento beeeem razoável ! Os responsáveis estão vendo a situação e não estão tomando atitude nenhuma, ou seja , descaso com os clientes ! Consertem isso pessoal , troquem essa música ao vivo pela mor de Deus , o senhorzinho só pode ser parente do dono pra continuar cantando nesse local .
Este post se refere ao Mercado da Gula e não ao mercado em si, estive lá recentemente pq realmente a comida é muito boa e eles estão consertando as falhas no atendimento, os garçons estão mais atentos e os pedidos estão vindo em tempo compatível a quantidade de gente que frequenta o local que está sempre cheio, se quiser uma mesa , chegue antes das 19:00, referente a música, na verdade o local não tem acústica e mesmo que o cantor for bom, não conseguirá ser ouvido nem pela metade das pessoas. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes e voltei a recomendar o local.

I'm re-evaluating the place! Unfortunately, they couldn't maintain the standard of service, the food is still good, the snacks are very tasty but the service dropped, but it dropped a lot! The waiters all lost and unprepared, they don't even know the table numbers, I waited almost an hour to bring a can of coke, they always forget something, really bad, unfortunately I don't intend to go back to this place anymore because of the very reasonable service ! Those responsible are seeing the situation and are not taking any action, that is, neglect with customers! Fix it guys, change this live song for God's sake, the little man can only be a relative of the owner to continue singing in this place.
This post refers to Mercado da Gula and not the market itself, I was there recently because the food is really good and they are fixing the flaws in the service, the waiters are more attentive and the orders are coming in a time compatible with the amount of people who frequent the place that is always full, if you want a table, arrive before 19:00, referring to the music, in fact the place has no acoustics and even if the singer is good, he will not be able to be heard by even half of the people . I will definitely come back and recommend the place again.
