Very good accommodation but check in process still with manual filling in written by the same guest with reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento espaçoso, mas complicado para pessoas de baixa mobilidade e famílias com crianças pequenas devido à escada de acesso ao segundo andar onde ficam os quartos e o banheiro com chuveiro. Estacionamento fica na rua Flórida 1790 mas antes é preciso passar no check in. Equipe da recepção simpática.
Spacious but complicated apartment for people with low mobility and families with small children due to the access stairs to the second floor where the rooms are and the bathroom with shower. Parking is on Florida Street 1790 but before you need to pass on check in. Front desk staff friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reserva em AGOSTO, hoje 2 dias antes da minha entrada eles mandaram um e-mail informando que não teriam mais disponibilidade, o hotel foi pago em Julho e sem contar que estão cancelando 2 dias antes da entrada, hoje não tem NENHUM hotel pra alugar por causa da Formula 1, isso é um absurdo.
I made a reservation in AUGUST, today 2 days before my arrival they sent an email informing them that they would no longer have availability, the hotel was paid in July and not to mention that they are canceling 2 days before the arrival, today there is NO hotel for rent because of Formula 1, this is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opção de hospedagem com apartamentos confortáveis, bom café da manhã, próximo de centros de eventos, mas também de restaurantes, bares, bancos, trem. Suprido também por várias linhas de ônibus. Ainda assim, lugar muito tranqüilo. A equipe é cortês e disponível para ajudar. Conta com piscina (não aquecida) e academia.
Excellent option of lodging with comfortable apartments, good breakfast, close to event centers, but also restaurants, bars, banks, train. Also supplied by several bus lines. Still, very peaceful place. The staff is courteous and available to help. It has a swimming pool (not heated) and a gym.

Impressive location. Close to the main malls, hotels, offices and 300m from the CPTM train station (integrated with Pinheiros subway station). Excellent value breakfast. Also look at AIRBNB.

at least two basic rights of mine were VIOLATED
First, Privacy
As hotel service, you should take responsibility to protect customers' privacy as long as customers comply to Brazilian local laws and regulations
Why DIDN’T anyone talk to me before you sent email to others instead of me and asked for private details？
Second, Right-to-know
I should be acknowledged that I have to pay such fee in this condition but no one told me.
I was in shock that this bill appeared suddenly, after one and a half year’s partnership with you.
If someone explains with me in advance, or even inform me before telling others, the situation won't get so bad
And after all these things happened, no one apologized to me for the “Privacy”“Right-to-know” violation or showed willing to apologize, just said “Sorry, but you need to pay”.
I felt no sincerity and respect.
