★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aproximadamente UM MES que venho fazendo pedidos de bebidas Litrão, 600 ML e Refrigerantes e infelizmente não tenho recebido as mercadorias! Já me deram várias justificativas como:
1 - Seu dia de fazer o pedido não é hj quarta e sim amanhã na quinta, amanhã eu passo aqui de novo! E não passaram!
2 - aqui no seu bar a gente só passa de 15 em 15 dias, na semana que a gente não passa uma moça vai te ligar para vc fazer o pedido! E não ligam!
3 - A última que aconteceu foi que me disseram que o meu dia de fazer o pedido tb não é quinta e sim na sexta, aí fiz o pedido dia 26/10/2018, me disseram que iria chegar no sábado dia 27/10/2018 pela manhã e já são 17:40 HS e ainda não me entregaram e pelo tanto que já me enrolaram acredito que não vão entregar mais hj!
Estou muito insatisfeito com isso tudo que vem acontecendo e espero que tomem alguma providência para que não ocorra mais erros assim! Tenho informações de outros estabelecimentos aqui da cidade que tb estão passando pelos mesmos problemas!
Já liguei várias vezes para o vendedor que não resolveu nada, me deram número de supervisor que nem consigo falar!
Approximately ONE MONTH that I have been ordering Litrão, 600 ML and Soft Drinks and unfortunately I have not received the goods! I have been given several justifications such as:
1 - Your ordering day is not Wednesday, but tomorrow is Thursday, tomorrow I will be here again! And they didn't pass!
2 - here in your bar we only spend every 15 days, in the week that we don’t spend a girl will call you to place the order! And they don't care!
3 - The last thing that happened was that I was told that my day of placing the order is not Thursday, but on Friday, then I placed the order on 10/26/2018, I was told it would arrive on Saturday, 10/27 / 2018 in the morning and it is 17:40 HS and they still haven't delivered me and as much as they already wrapped me up, I believe they won't deliver any more today!
I am very dissatisfied with everything that has been happening and I hope that they will take action to prevent any more errors like this! I have information from other establishments here in the city that are also experiencing the same problems!
I have already called the seller several times who did not solve anything, they gave me a supervisor number that I can’t even talk to!
