Descobri o Dame Shane qdo. precisei de creche pra minha filha , que era um nezico acabado de ser adotada. Escolhi pela cara da Waleska, analisei todas as possibilidades, mas ela me mostrou um "Q" de amor no que faz naquela foto de apresentação. Enfim Teca amou a Tia Waleska, virou freguesa do banho.É fã n°1 do TioJúlio, e hoje ainda depois de 4 anos fazemos nossas idas semanais.Dia de festa ,e eventualmente hotel e creche 'somente lá.Onde sei queela é cuidada com o amor que eles tem, com a responsabilidade e compromisso.Sou muito grata por ter feito esta escolha.Não preciso experimentar outros para dizer que são os melhores.
 Not that Jacareí is huge, but I literally cross the city to go to them. I found Dame Shane when. I needed day care for my daughter, who was a nezico just adopted. I chose it because of Waleska's face, I analyzed all the possibilities, but she showed me a "Q" of love in what she does in that presentation photo. Anyway Teca loved Tia Waleska, she became a bath customer. She is TioJúlio's No. 1 fan, and today even after 4 years we do our weekly trips. with the love they have, with the responsibility and commitment. I am so grateful that I made this choice. I don't need to try others to say they are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse pet shop e hotelzinho foi um achado quando nos mudamos para Jacareí. Eles tratam nossos pets (cachorro e porquinho da india) com muito carinho sempre. Já utilizamos tanto o banho e tosa quanto o hotelzinho e sempre ficamos muito satisfeito.
This pet shop and little hotel was a find when we moved to Jacareí. They always treat our pets (dogs and guinea pigs) with great affection. We have used both the bath and grooming and the little hotel and we are always very satisfied.

My kitten was very well cared for and comfortable. Waleska always responds and sends some videos showing how the hosting is going. I highly recommend it.

Meu gatinho precisa de cuidados especiais pois usa fralda, ele ficou lá de um dia pro outro e foi muito bem cuidado, e ainda voltou de banho tomado.
What an amazing place
My kitten needs special care because he wears a diaper, he stayed there overnight and was very well taken care of, and he even came back with a bath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Valesca e o Júlio me passaram muita confiança desde o primeiro contato , foram 4 dias separados do nosso cãozinho , a Valesca me enviava vídeos 2 vezes por dia , me informava todos os dias , me deu toda atenção e o mais importante quando fomos pegar nosso cãozinho ele estava tranquilo, de banho tomado , cheiroso , nem fez tanta festa ao nos encontrar kkkk, , ele voltou seguro e feliz , muito obrigada Valesca e Júlio por tanta dedicação com nosso cãozinho
Valesca and Júlio gave me a lot of confidence from the first contact , they were 4 days apart from our little dog , Valesca sent me videos twice a day , informed me every day , gave me all the attention and most importantly when we went to get our little dog he was calm, bathed, fragrant, he didn't even make such a fuss when he found us hahaha, he came back safe and happy, thank you very much Valesca and Júlio for so much dedication to our little dog

Para mim, que recebi vários vídeos durante os 4 dias de hospedagem, e para o Bóris que foi muito bem assistido pela equipe da Tia Valeska. Carinho e cuidado em tempo integral como se ele fosse único! Bóris voltou para casa muito tranquilo, prova de que ficou feliz aos cuidados da Dame Shane.
