Inacreditável como não conseguem fazer uma entrega com os itens que sao pedidos ! Toda entrega é sempre a mesma coisa, sempre faltando um item pedido !
Trabalhar certo não é difícil, ainda mais quando se fala apenas conferir o que sai……
Toda entrega, tem reclamação minha em WhatsApp do estabelecimento e sempre a resposta - desculpe, estamos levando -

 I literally order day in, day out! It's amazing how much disorganization they have!
Unbelievable how they cannot deliver the items that are ordered! Every delivery is always the same, always missing an ordered item!
Working right is not difficult, even more when it comes to just checking what comes out……
Every delivery, I have a complaint on the establishment's WhatsApp and always the answer - sorry, we're taking it -
Simple as that, check the deliveries before leaving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento,já fasso consumo de açaí na casa a 3 anos é sempre fui bem recebido e atendido,já do colegas abaixo que falou que o estabelecimento estava sujo e que o açaí estava ruim,vamos se dizer que e só mais um que não tem o que fazer,eu sendo cliente do dams tanto indo no estabelecimento e como pedindo pelo yfood e a Uber eats, nunca recebi um se quer açaí ruim,ao contrário, sempre caprichado e bem embalado.
Já eu indo no estabelecimento,fui muito bem recebido pelos atendentes,e ainda me deparei com a loja cheia, porque até então era final de semana,mais mesmo assim, eles conseguia manter a loja limpa e organizado.voltarri em breve, pena que em santa Catarina não tem um estabelecimento dams.
Great service, I've been consuming açaí at home for 3 years and I've always been well received and attended to, as the colleagues below said that the establishment was dirty and that the açaí was bad, let's say that it's just one more that doesn't have what to do, as a customer of dams both going to the establishment and asking for yfood and Uber eats, I have never received one if you want bad açaí, on the contrary, it is always neat and well packaged.
As I went to the establishment, I was very well received by the attendants, and I still came across the store full, because until then it was the weekend, but even so, they managed to keep the store clean and organized. Santa Catarina does not have a dams establishment.

Depois de toda essa espera, o pedido foi entregue incompleto, faltando hamburguer e batata, mas foi cobrado o valor integral. Fiz contato para reclamar e ainda demoraram mais 50 minutos pra entregar os itens faltantes e foi entregue GELADO!!!! UM VERDADEIRO NOJO!!! Ainda por cima, o hamburguer estava cheio de molho, sendo que meu pedido foi sem molho!! Não comprem nesse local! Não são profissionais e não tem compromisso nenhum com o cliente, pouco se importam com a satisfação do cliente. Nem sabem o que é isso!!
Terrible attendance! Waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for a snack is unreasonable. After all this waiting, the order was delivered incomplete, lacking hamburger and potatoes, but the full amount was charged. I made contact to complain and it still took another 50 minutes to deliver the missing items and it was delivered COLD!!!! A TRUE DISGUSTING!!! To top it off, the burger was full of sauce, my order was without sauce!! Do not buy from this location! They are not professionals and have no commitment to the customer, they care little about customer satisfaction. They don't even know what it is!!

Avaliação corresponde apenas ao hambúrguer tradicional que comi, não experimentei o Açaí nem o hambúrguer artesanal que a casa oferece.
Dry burger, tasteless, poorly served and despite having seasoned mayonnaise, this one had no taste either.
Rating corresponds only to the traditional hamburger I ate, I did not try the Açaí or the artisanal hamburger that the house offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui na loja e pedi um x egg burguer. Não gostei do pão...o pão estava esfarelando ...aparentando ser velho. Fica complicado assim....sempre faço pedidos e dessa vez não gostei . Péssima experiência....as coisas pra serem servidas tem que ser frescas.
Yesterday I went to the store and ordered an x egg burger. I didn't like the bread...the bread was crumbling...looking stale. It gets complicated like that....I always make requests and this time I didn't like it. Bad experience....things to be served have to be fresh.

Esperei mais de 1h o pedido, liguei lá pra saber se tava tudo certo, nem tinham feito. Pediram desculpas e falaram que adiantariam o pedido o mais rápido possível, esperei mais de 1h por esse "mais rápido possível"..muito estresse por nada.
Sanduiche ok, açaí parece que tem farinha.

More than 2 hours to receive an order for a sandwich and an açaí.
I waited more than 1h for the order, I called there to see if everything was ok, they hadn't even done it. They apologized and said they would advance the order as soon as possible, I waited more than 1h for this "as soon as possible"..a lot of stress for nothing.
Sandwich ok, açaí looks like it has flour.
I do not recommend
