★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 10/10 vieram até a minha casa devido ao meu congelador não estar congelando. Disseram que o problema seria resolvido com a troca do gás, serviço pelo qual cobrou 230 reais. Após fazer perguntas sobre o problema e se o serviço funcionaria, o técnico responsável pelo conserto afirmou que sim e me deu 3 meses de garantia pelo serviço. Com apenas duas semanas já notei a geladeira regredindo gradualmente, e no dia 17/11 entrei em contato combinamos que ele fosse no final de semana. Ele não apenas não foi como parou de me responder e de atender, eu relatei pra ele a urgência, a geladeira já estava pior do que quando ele interviu, não gelava absolutamente nada, estragou minhas coisas, ficamos sem poder fazer feira e sem água fria pra beber. Até hoje 27/11 não apareceu. Desgate, prejuízo, estresse.
