Quando voltei no outro dia pra reclamar que nao dava carga super fast o proprietario se negou a cumprir a garantia de 30 dias alegando que o cabo nao era compatível. Provei pra ele que nao era o cabo carregando super fast com meu carregador e cabo originais. Mesmo assim ele disse que nao iria devolver o dinheiro. Perguntei se poderia trocar por 3 carregadores que davam o mesmo valor de prateleira do carregador defeituoso. Os funcionários disseram que nao pois tinha tido desconto no preco. No final ate o meu desconto original eu perdi. Nao recomendo a ninguem. Na hora de vender prometem tudo depois se algo acontece nessas porcarias do paraguay que vendem eles nao querem nem saber.

In the end until my original discount I lost. I don't recommend it to anyone. When it comes to selling, they promise everything afterwards if something happens in the junk they sell they don't even want to know.

Comprei uma película Hidrogel para o meu celular e a mesma foi instalada pela vendedora da loja.
A princípio ficou uma linha marcando a tela de ponta a ponta na horizontal, questionei a vendedora e a mesma falou que após 20 dias essa marca sumiria e que do contrário eu teria garantia de troca da película.
Retornei a loja 13 dias após a compra pois a película começou a soltar na parte superior do aparelho.
A película foi instalada pela vendedora rente a capa de proteção do aparelho, o que provavelmente iníciou o descolamento da película.
No início da tratativa a vendedora me falou que eu teria 15 dias de garantia, após comprovar a data de compra, disse que eu não tinha garantia do produto e que não faria a substituição.
Todas as informações foram repassadas para os proprietários da empresa que não demonstraram qualquer interesse em resolver o problema.
