★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sendo bem sincero, não volto a comprar, sequer a negociar. Realizei pedido com eles duas vezes. A primeira vez, chegou atrasado, mas tudo bem, pois ao menos chegou. Torta de brigadeiro muito gostosa. A segunda vez q realizei um pedido, era pra um aniversário e resolvi pedir novamente a mesma torta. Pra minha surpresa, a mesma torta havia aumentado 15 reais em questão de 30 dias. Por ser uma torta muito gostosa, resolvi pedir, mesmo com o aumento anormal. Realizei o pedido as 8h da manhã para ser entregue as 16h, porém até as 17h não realizaram a entrega, não me deram sequer uma justificativa durante o dia. Tentei por quase 1h entrar em contato através de msg e ligação no WhatsApp, ligação normal, SMS, Instagram e ninguém me atendeu ou sequer respondeu algo. Tive q correr na cidade pra encontrar um local aberto após as 18h que tivesse uma torta pro aniversário. Completa falta de respeito com o cliente. Tem uma torta realmente boa, mas não compensa o risco de um transtorno tão grande, ainda mais com o preço que estava. Enfim, não volto a ser cliente. Dei duas estrelas em virtude da torta ser gostosa, seria desonesto da minha parte não garantir essa avaliação tbm, mas reforço que apesar do sabor, não compensa o risco.
To be honest, I don't buy again, even negotiate. I placed an order with them twice. The first time, he was late, but that's okay, because at least he was. Very delicious brigadeiro pie. The second time I placed an order, it was for a birthday and I decided to order the same pie again. To my surprise, the same pie had increased by 15 reais in a matter of 30 days. Because it is a very delicious pie, I decided to order it, even with the abnormal increase. I placed the order at 8:00 am to be delivered at 4:00 pm, but until 5:00 pm they didn't deliver, they didn't even give me a justification during the day. I tried for almost 1h to get in touch via msg and WhatsApp call, normal call, SMS, Instagram and no one answered or even answered anything. I had to run around town to find an open place after 6 pm that had a birthday cake. Completely disrespectful to the customer. It has a really good pie, but it doesn’t make up for the risk of such an inconvenience, especially with the price it was at. Anyway, I'm not going to be a customer again. I gave two stars because the pie is delicious, it would be dishonest of me not to guarantee this evaluation too, but reinforcement that despite the taste, does not compensate for the risk.

There's no menu. Bathroom without water for over a week. High prices. Long service. It used to be pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As tortas são uma delícia. Infelizmente, depois que mudaram a administração, não existe mais a opção de vc escolher comprar as fatias de tortas que ficavam expostas no balcão. Outro detalhe que incomodou, foi que o banheiro estava interditado e sem condições de uso. E os preços das tortas continuam altos.
