★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venha preparado para ser mal atendido, o preço é um absurdo, atendem você de uma maneira que dá vontade de ir embora, e vc não pode escolher a madeira e nem o tamanho, vc pede uma peça de um tipo mas vai ter que levar a que eles quiserem te dar, fora que ficaram regulando fitilho para amarrar a madeira no carro, lugar pessimo

Mas o serviço foi de péssima qualidade.
Coloquei tacão e sinteco com a Madereira Dandi menos de quatro anos.
Os tacos estão soltando e os rodapés tbm.
Oss tacos e rodapés mesmo aqueles q ficam cobertos e atrás dos móveis.

The tacos are loosening and the baseboards too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima. Fui muito mal atendida pelo vendedor kauan o que deu a atender que estava pedindo e não comprando. Fui hoje dia 13/09/2021 comprar conjunto de mesa de madeira com 4 cadeiras só pq perguntei se eu levasse mais um conjunto teria algum desconto, ele foi mal educado e irônico.
Comprei 3 conjunto pois estou precisando com urgência. Iria comprar 20 conjunto mas desisti fiquei muito chateada. Falta de profissionalismo se essa pessoa se proponhe a trabalhar com publico ela tem que ter no mínimo educação e falto tudo nem educação, nem empatia e muito menos profissional. Essa loja deveria selecionar melhor seus funcionários. Fiquei muito decepcionada.
It was bad. I was very poorly assisted by the kauan seller, who answered what I was asking and not buying. Today I went 13/09/2021 to buy a set of wooden table with 4 chairs just because I asked if I took one more set there would be some discount, he was rude and ironic.
I bought 3 sets as I need it urgently. I was going to buy 20 sets but I gave up I was very upset. Lack of professionalism if this person intends to work with the public, he/she has to have at least education and everything is lacking, neither education, nor empathy, much less professional. This store should better select its employees. I was very disappointed.
