Comprei um produto em 20 de fevereiro de 2019, e nunca recebi a mercadoria. Fiz várias tentativas de pedido para devolução do valor pago (R$299,00) e apesar de promessas de que o valor seria ressarcido, isso NUNCA aconteceu. Empresa sem seriedade nenhuma e total desrespeito com o cliente.

I bought a product on February 20, 2019, and never received the goods. I made several attempts to request a refund of the amount paid (R $ 299.00) and despite promises that the amount would be refunded, it NEVER happened. Company without any seriousness and total disrespect for the customer.
