★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com objetivo de perder gordura porém seguindo a dieta recomendada estou conseguindo além de perder gordura ganhar massa muscular devido a excelente reeducação alimentar aliada com exercícios físicos recomendada pela Daniela. Tudo sem mudar radicalmente os alimentos então foi de muito fácil adaptação, super recomendo!

Dani is an amazing professional, extremely attentive and competent!... I've been through several professionals in the area but none of them could help me reach the level I am currently, I had a reduction of almost 10% of my BF, thanks to the work that we built together, with the advice and guidelines that she gives, after all, food is our fuel if we don't give priority to it, we are failing a lot!
