Pontos negativos: quartos bem pequenos, café da manhã com poucas opções ( poderia ser mais variado pelo tamanho do hotel) outra coisa sobre o café é o horário diz que é de 6h as 10h, chegava às 6h30 e ainda estavam iniciando a servir, pra que tem que saí cedo é complicado, porém as funcionárias da cozinha são bem atenciosas, tudo que vc pede elas atendem dentro do possível.
O que achei negativo também foi quanto ao uso de máscaras, por conta da pandemia...durante minha estadia de 7 dias não vi nenhum funcionário ou hóspedes na área comum fazendo uso, também só havia álcool em gel na recepção, deveria haver TB na área do café.
Mas é um bom hotel, com essas resalvas.
Positive points: Hotel is always very clean, staff are very attentive and polite, has security, comfortable beds
Negative points: very small rooms, breakfast with few options (could be more varied due to the size of the hotel) Another thing about the coffee is the time says it is from 6 am to 10 am, it arrived at 6:30 am and they were still starting to serve, to that I have to leave early is complicated, but the kitchen staff are very attentive, whatever you ask, they meet as much as possible.
What I found negative was also regarding the use of masks, due to the pandemic...during my 7-day stay I didn't see any employee or guests in the common area using it, there was also only alcohol gel at the reception, there should have been TB in the cafe area.
But it's a good hotel, with those caveats.
