★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem liguei lá pra pedir pra eles entregarem a ração,pois sou do grupo de risco e não posso sair a todo tempo, como era domingo eles disseram que não entregavam , entao pedi que entregassem na segunda feira na parte da manhã , só que esqueci de passar meu número ,mas lembrei que eles sabem o número pq já passei outro dia , liguei agora as 13:30 pra saber pq não entregaram ainda, atendeu um funcionário chamado Leonardo que disse que vieram e as 10:00 , ninguém atendeu , aí percebi que meu filho que estava na sala não ouviu chamar pq estava sem aparelho,ele é deficiênte auditivo e não ouviu chamar, expliquei pro funcionário e ele foi extremamente Grosso ,mal educado ,disse que se eu quizesse ia ter que pagar o frete , eles estão a menos de um km da minha casa ,e só compro ração deles a mais de um ano , então mais uma vez eu sou apenas um número, inclusive ele desligou o telefone na minha cara, então não comprem em lugares que vc é apenas um número, compre de pessoas que estão precisando mesmo .
Yesterday I called there to ask them to deliver the ration, because I'm from the risk group and I can't go out all the time, as it was Sunday they said they wouldn't deliver, so I asked them to deliver on Monday morning, but I forgot to pass my number, but I remembered they know the number because I already spent another day, I called now at 13:30 to find out why they haven't delivered yet, an employee called Leonardo said that they came and at 10:00, nobody answered, then I realized that my son who was in the room didn’t hear it because he was without a device, he is hearing impaired and didn’t hear it, I explained to the employee and he was extremely Thick, rude, said that if I wanted to, I would have to pay the freight, they are less than a km from my house, and I only buy their food for more than a year, so once again I'm just a number, including he hung up on me, so don't buy in places where you are just a number , buy from people who are really in need.
