Levei minha gata na sexta pela manhã, ela só foi atendida a tarde, tive que retornar ao sábado, mw fizeram esperar mais de 2h, a gata ficou até quase 5h da tarde com dor, sem comer, e mandaram ir para casa para esperar até a segunda-feira. A gata visivelmente doente, nao comia, nao andava. Tive que ir as pressas em uma outra clínica às 21:30 da noite de domingo pois a gata estava muito mal, inchada. Ou seja, quase perdi minha gata e ainda tive um grande prejuízo financeiro!
Unfortunately, in an emergency, I went to this clinic that I would not recommend to anyone. I took my cat on Friday morning, she was only seen in the afternoon, I had to return on Saturday, mw they had to wait more than 2h, the cat stayed until almost 5h in the afternoon in pain, without eating, and they sent home to wait until Monday. The cat was visibly sick, did not eat, did not walk. I had to hurry to another clinic at 21:30 on Sunday night because the cat was very bad, swollen. That is, I almost lost my cat and still had a big financial loss!
