★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei uma citycom... Paguei a vista.. A revisão demorou 2 dias... A moto veio com uma bateria velha de 8/9 amperes quando o indicado é 10/11 a moto depois de 6 dias. Parou.. Liguei para eles .. Sou da zona Oeste em SP.. Expliquei que a bateria estava errada e uma carga so ia adiar o problema como não posso ficar sem transporte comprei uma bateria paralela barata mas com a especificação adequada . eles falaram que so vão me ressarcir se eu levar a bateria que tirei lá p comprovar as fotos e os videos que mandei como se o desonesto fosse eu. Fiquei extremamente ofendido e com muita raiva. o vendedor deu a entender que euuuuu estava querendo ser desonesto e ele sabe que moro longe e não tem como levar a bateria la..
Agiram de má fé colocando uma bateria mais barata que não é a correta só p me entregar a moto. Jamais esperaria isso de uma concessionária... Nunca mais compro nada deles nunca mais piso nesta loja... Não são 250 reais de uma bateria que me fara mais pobre
I got a citycom ... I paid the view .. The review took 2 days ... The bike came with an old battery of 8/9 amps when it is 10/11 the bike after 6 days. Stopped .. I called them .. I am from the west in SP .. I explained that the battery was wrong and a charge would only postpone the problem as I can not be without transport bought a cheap battery but with the proper specification. They said they will only compensate me if I take the battery that I took there to check the photos and videos I sent as if the dishonest was me. I was extremely offended and very angry. the seller hinted that euuuuu was wanting to be dishonest and he knows i live far away and can't take the battery there ..
They acted in bad faith putting a cheaper battery that is not the correct one just to give me the bike. I would never expect that from a dealership ... I never buy anything from them anymore I never floor in this store ... There are 250 reais of a battery that would make me poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só vou dá 3 estrelas, pq fui com um problema de vazamento e precisava da junta da minha Riva 150, eu falei o que precisava e o rapaz só falando que tinha que deixar a moto, que pra trocar a junta é um preço, a balança era outro e a revisão era outro (sendo que eu não tinha falado nada sobre deixar a minha moto com eles, só queria a junta e iria levar no meu mecânico de confiança) Obs: A Dafra tem ótimas motos porém os valores de suas peças são ABSURDAMENTE CAROS fazendo uma leve pesquisa na internet fica de 3 a 4 vezes mais caro, que as suas concorrentes (Honda e Yamaha). Quer um exemplo? Ok eu dou: recentemente cai com a minha moto e amassou a pedaleira e pedal de freio (lado direito do piloto) fui na Dafra pra ver e pasmem, teria que deixar uma bagatela de 500 conto quase, apenas essas duas pecinhas. Isso é só um dos exemplos.
I'm only giving it 3 stars, because I had a leak problem and needed the gasket for my Riva 150, I said what I needed and the guy just said that I had to leave the bike, that to change the gasket is a price, the scales it was different and the review was different (since I hadn't said anything about leaving my bike with them, I just wanted the gasket and would take it to my trusted mechanic) Note: Dafra has great bikes but the prices of their parts are ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE doing a light search on the internet is 3 to 4 times more expensive than its competitors (Honda and Yamaha). Want an example? Ok I give it: I recently fell with my bike and dented the pedalboard and brake pedal (right side of the rider) I went to Dafra to see and amazed, I would have to leave a trifle of 500 count almost, just these two pieces. This is just one of the examples.
