★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei muito de comprar calca jeans nesta loja,porém hoje me aconteceu uma situação muito desagradável.Entrei e experimentei algumas calças da marca Consciência.Ao experimentar a etiqueta(de ferro) caiu no chão porque estava solta. Gostei de 2 e pedi para a vendedora deixar reservado porque iria no banco pegar o dinheiro(não compro nada no cartao).Quando retornei com o valor,a vendedora dizia que eu tinha levado uma calca e que era muito feio o que eu tinha feito..Que ela preferia conversar comigo,e que eu devolvesse a calça do que chamar os seguranças..Detalhe a minha bolsa era pequena e eu tentava explicar que era um absurdo o que ela dizia ..Porém o tempo todo ela me acusava,dizia que se a calca não cabia na bolsa que deve que eu tinha vestido embaixo da minha roupa,e que eu tinha sido a única pessoa a experimentar a calca que tinha sumido.E que tinha encontrado uma etiqueta no vestuário que eu entrei..Tentava explicar que a etiqueta tinha caído da calca .... me perguntavam o que eu teria usado e /ou como eu teria conseguido arrancar uma etiqueta daquela (de ferro)e que provavelmente teria sido por medo de alarme..Diziam que sabiam que eu já tinha passado em outras lojas( Dare)e que quando sai da loja sai com pressa e tinha subido a rua e que o banco não ficava em cima.(Tinha ido no Banco do Brasil de cima porque o caixa eletrônico do de baixo não estava funcionando)...Tentei me explicar de todas as formas,porém minhas justificativas eram em vão,a vendedora dizia que queria a calca de qualquer forma e que eu não deveria fazer essas coisas,e que se eu não devolvesse iria chamar os seguranças.. Fiquei muito nervosa porque nunca tinha passado por isso e acabei dizendo que daria o valor da calca ,mas que junto deixaria meu telefone,porque depois ela me ligaria...Aproximadamente 2horas depois a vendedora me ligou dizendo que tinha achado a calça e que uma funcionária nova tinha guardado a calca em outro local,pediu desculpas sobre o ocorrido e disse que era para voltar na loja para pegar o dinheiro da calca (que supostamente eu teria roubado) .Me sentir muito mal ,chorei muito porque eu falava a verdade e o tempo todo fui acusada.Entendo que todo mundo pode cometer erros e espero que ninguém mais passe pelo que eu passei .

(I had gone to Banco do Brasil from above because the ATM on the bottom was not working) ... I tried to explain myself in all ways, but my justifications were in vain, the saleswoman said that she wanted the pants anyway and that I shouldn't do these things, and that if I didn't return I would call security. I was very nervous because I had never been there and I ended up saying that I would value it of the pants, but that I would leave my phone together, because afterwards she would call me ... Approximately 2 hours later the saleswoman called me saying that she had found the pants and that a new employee had kept the pants in another location, apologized about what happened and said I was supposed to go back to the store to get the money from my pants (which I supposedly would have stolen). I felt really bad, I cried a lot because I was telling the truth and all the time I was accused. I understand that everyone can make mistakes and I hope that nobody m more go through what I went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei em um centro de ofertas que tinha na rua da caixa economica (onde no momento esta fechada), acabei indo em outra loja da rede , (no centro de ofertas do calçadão (Rua Antonio Angu 414) , comprei a calça na terça feira, (experimentei 3 calças )ai devido o calor e a presa de ir trabalhar acabei escolhendo 1, mas ao experimentar em casa com calma a mesma ficou um pouco folgada, voltei na sexta feira para trocar , a moça que me atendeu falou que a calça estava com marcas (de uso ), analisou a peça umas 5 vezes, fiquei chateada pedi para que colocasse a calça na sacola de volta. Essa rede todas tem esse problema, na hr de vender é uma coisa , na hora de trocar as vendedoras te trata com diferença. DECEPCIONANTE.
