amei a ambientação geral do local, música e decoração totalmente anos 50, além da comida excelente e no precinho. muito bom atendimento e bem climatizado, voltaria de novo com certeza!
curiosidade: o papel que você utiliza para não sujar a mesa vem como uma espécie de mapa mental para você conhecer melhor os anos 50, genial!!

I loved the general ambiance of the place, music and decoration totally from the 50s, in addition to the excellent food and at a great price. very good service and well air conditioned, would come again for sure!
curiosity: the paper you use to not dirty the table comes as a kind of mental map for you to get to know the 50s better, great!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim que chegamos recebemos uma acolhida inesperada dos funcionários, que vocês poderão conhecer na primeira visita. A música ambiente é temática e muito agradável. Todo o ambiente é muito bonito, aconchegante e instagramável. Os assentos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis. Há mesas para grupos maiores e fazem reserva para comemorar aniversário. Tem uma jukebox na entrada linda demais.
Os hambúrgueres são maravilhosos e as sobremesas muito gostosas. A taça da Elvis é enorme, dá para dividir por 4 pessoas, se não forem muito gulosos por açúcar. O refrigerante em garrafa de vidro foi super retrô e charmoso.
As batatas fritas não tem nada demais. São palitos finos e gordurosos. Podem e devem melhorar nisso. Foi a única parte frustrante.
Com certeza, eu voltarei outras vezes e vale à pena a visita. Experiência muito saborosa e divertida.
As soon as we arrived, we received an unexpected welcome from the staff, who you will be able to meet on your first visit. The background music is themed and very pleasant. The whole environment is very beautiful, cozy and instagrammable. The seats are spacious and very comfortable. There are tables for larger groups and reservations are made to celebrate a birthday. There's a jukebox at the entrance too beautiful.
The hamburgers are wonderful and the desserts are delicious. Elvis' cup is huge, you can share it between 4 people, if you're not too sweet for sugar. The soda in a glass bottle was super retro and charming.
The fries are nothing special. They are thin and greasy sticks. They can and should improve on that. It was the only frustrating part.
I will definitely come back again and it is well worth the visit. Very tasty and fun experience.

Péssimo atendimento e lanche. Eu e meu namorado chegamos e ficamos 15 minutos aguardando na mesa pra poder ser atendidos e nada! Em seguida, chega um GRUPO de pessoas e assim que sentam são logo atendidos pelos garçons (que nos ignoraram) e oferecem o cardápio à todos da mesa. E eu e meu namorado ficamos como???! Vocês 1° atendem grupos que chegam por último ou por ordem de chegada? Pois chegamos primeiro e não fomos atendidos. Independente se é grupo ou não, queríamos apenas ser atendidos. Pois, enquanto eu e meu namorado ficamos lá esperando e não vieram nos atender, nós que tivemos que ir até eles pra poder pedir o cardápio. O que me aparentou ser, é que vocês devem receber comissão por quantidade de pessoas e como era em grupo, vi a preferência de vocês em atender o grupo, diferente de querer atender um casal, essa é a imagem que vocês passaram. E também não entendi o que escreveram na nossa nota fiscal, pois lá dizia que era pedido somente para 1 pessoa, sendo que na verdade era para 2, eu e meu namorado e logo a baixo o nome de quem nos "atendeu", muito mal inclusive. Ficamos sem entender isso e também indignados. Só não fomos embora por que já estávamos exaustos e cansados e procurar por outro lugar pra comer, aí já é demais!
Pedimos 2 hambúrguer, 2 sucos de abacaxi COM açúcar e um anel de cebola, RESUMINDO: chegou o pedido errado na nossa mesa que era de outro cliente, trouxe 1 suco de laranja sendo que pedimos 2 de abacaxi e quando falamos com o garçom, ele disse que não tinha abacaxi e sim de laranja e detalhe, o suco além de errado veio SEM açúcar, pedi 5 sachê de açúcar e o garçom trouxe somente 2 (Tomei o suco com gosto nenhum de açúcar) e meu namorado comprou 1 guaracamp no lugar do suco de abacaxi, o anel de cebola veio banhado no óleo, sem sal/tempero e com gosto de óleo usado (velho). Tivemos que chamar um dos garçons pra retirar o pedido errado, pois além do pedido não ser nosso, me trouxeram o pedido incompleto, pois pedimos 2 hambúrguer e havia chegado apenas 1 e eu não iria comer com meu namorado tendo que aguardar o dele chegar. Como eu fiquei esperando o dele chegar, foi nesse momento que percebemos que nos trouxeram o hambúrguer errado. E diante de tudo o que aconteceu conosco, até desistimos de comprar a sobremesa pois ficamos com receio de vir mais 1 pedido errado.
SERIO, NUNCA PASSEI POR ISSO.
Não recomendo, é MUITA distração e no atendimento então nem se fala. Nos arrependemos de ter ido.

Bad service and lunch. My boyfriend and I arrived and waited 15 minutes at the table to be served and nothing! Then, a GROUP of people arrives and as soon as they are seated they are immediately served by the waiters (who ignored us) and offer the menu to everyone at the table. And me and my boyfriend were like???! Do you 1st serve groups that arrive last or in order of arrival? We arrived first and were not served. Regardless if it's a group or not, we just wanted to be attended to. Well, while my boyfriend and I were there waiting and they didn't come to help us, we had to go to them to ask for the menu. What seemed to me to be, is that you should receive a commission for the number of people and as it was in a group, I saw your preference in serving the group, different from wanting to serve a couple, this is the image you conveyed. And I also didn't understand what they wrote on our invoice, because it said that it was only requested for 1 person, and it was actually for 2, me and my boyfriend and just below the name of the person who "served us", very bad including. We didn't understand this and were also outraged. We just didn't leave because we were already exhausted and tired and looking for another place to eat, then it's already too much!
We ordered 2 hamburgers, 2 pineapple juices WITH sugar and an onion ring, SUMMARY: the wrong order arrived at our table that was from another customer, he brought 1 orange juice and we ordered 2 pineapple juice and when we spoke to the waiter, he he said he didn't have pineapple but orange and detail, the juice besides being wrong came WITHOUT sugar, I asked for 5 sachets of sugar and the waiter brought only 2 (I took the juice with no taste of sugar) and my boyfriend bought 1 guaracamp instead of the pineapple juice, the onion ring came bathed in oil, without salt/seasoning and with a taste of used oil (old). We had to call one of the waiters to remove the wrong order, because in addition to the order not being ours, they brought me the incomplete order, as we ordered 2 hamburgers and only 1 had arrived and I would not eat with my boyfriend having to wait for his to arrive. As I was waiting for his to arrive, it was at that moment that we realized that we had been brought the wrong burger. And in the face of everything that happened to us, we even gave up buying dessert because we were afraid of coming 1 more wrong order.
SERIOUSLY, I'VE NEVER BEEN THROUGH THIS.
I don't recommend it, it's a LOT of distraction and in attendance so you don't even talk. We regret having gone.
