★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar 2 kits de uniforme, atendente despreparada cobrou a mais em 1 kit , me disse que teria que estornar o valor pra eu poder pegar o outro kit , resumindo até hoje minha filha está sem uniforme e eles não dão uma posição...eu não recomendo a ninguém comprar nesse estabelecimento porquê depôs que eles recebem não estão nem aí com os clientes.
 I went to buy 2 uniform kits, an unprepared attendant overcharged for 1 kit, told me that I would have to refund the amount so I could get the other kit, in short my daughter is without a uniform and they don't give me a position... I don't recommend anyone to buy from this establishment because they say they don't care about the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido de uniforme em novembro de 2021, me pediram no máximo 60 dias para entrega, coisa que eu já achei um absurdo. Conclusão, fiquei sabendo que a loja fechou em dezembro e até agora nem uniforme, nem contato com a loja,.porque não tem ninguém e nem prazo de entrega cumprido. Para quem eu devo ligar, para reclamar, estou com medo de ficar sem o uniforme, porque o pagamento é a primeira coisa que pedem, agora entregar o uniforme é que eu quero ver. Mas eu vou descobrir aonde devo reclamar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu recomendo que as pessoas pesquisem antes de efetuar a compra do uniforme , pois todos os lugares de São Mateus tem uniforme a pronta entrega! Não recomendo essa loja do Jardim Santa Bárbara porque só eles estão com essa enrolação para entrega . Até agora o uniforme do meu filho nada , e a atendente falou que o prazo de entrega não chegava até 30 dias já passou e nada .Resultado a sala inteira do meu filho está de uniforme menos o meu filho.

No grupo da escola do meu filho estavam dizendo que comprou e demoraram uma eternidade pra entregar, decidi ir mesmo assim por ser a mais próxima da minha residência, mas quando cheguei foi uma decepção, a atendente nem sabia o que estava fazendo ali, totalmente despreparada, uma senhora na frente com problemas ao pagar foi super mal atendida. Tenham responsabilidade e empatia!
a tip for people who are buying the uniform in this store: READ the reviews first! In my son's school group they were saying they bought it and it took forever to deliver, I decided to go anyway because it's the closest to my residence, but when I arrived it was a disappointment, the attendant didn't even know what she was doing there, totally unprepared , a lady at the front with problems paying was super poorly attended. Quero deixar claro minha satisfação, com o atendimento e com as roupas. Ano que vem comprarei com elas novamente e se eu puder indicar sem dúvidas indicarei vocês!

I didn't know that I had to schedule a pick up on Saturday, besides not scheduling it and I still arrived just before closing time, but even so, they attended to me and they took care of me very well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem você pagar com antecedência e dão prazo de 30 dias para entrega, quando você vai lá o uniforme não está separado, aí me entregaram vários tamanhos diferentes e estou tendo que ir lá ficar trocando aos poucos. NÃO RECOMENDO! JÁ FUI LÁ 4 VEZES E NÃO CONSIGO ME LIVRAR DESSE PROBLEMA. O ATENDIMENTO PARA COMPRAR É ÓTIMO, MAS NA HORA DE ENTREGAR É FALTA DE COMPROMISSO E ENROLAÇÃO.
