★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 22/10 as 09h30, um caminhão da empresa Datrino Logística passou por cima de minha moto parada em frente a um supermercado em Franca SP, entramos em contato com a empresa, fiz o BO no mesmo dia, e esperei cobrando quase todos os dias para que fizessem o reparo da moto, sem sucesso até hoje dia 17/11, quase 30 dias após o ocorrido, a oficina não recebeu a autorização para fazer o conserto, estamos sem moto, sem o meio de locomoção para ir ao trabalho, a quase 1 mês, e pelo visto ficaremos mais 1 mês sem no mínimo, empresa desumana, só diz que tem que aguardar, não passa previsão nem o que/se vai ser feito.
On 10/22 at 9:30 am, a truck from the company Datrino Logística passed over my motorcycle that was stopped in front of a supermarket in Franca SP, we contacted the company, I did the BO on the same day, and I waited to charge almost every day. for them to repair the motorcycle, without success until today, 11/17, almost 30 days after the event, the workshop did not receive authorization to do the repair, we are without a motorcycle, without the means of transportation to go to work, the almost 1 month, and apparently we'll be another 1 month without, at least, an inhuman company, it just says that you have to wait, there's no forecast or what/if it's going to be done.
