Ao entrar em contato e Falar com a Elis, me enviou cópia de um texto enorme e disse que era problema do supermercado e terminou por ai o atendimento. Eu indo no supermercado disseram que pela data da compra e aspecto do alimento de problema que se tem na fábrica a D'aucy que resolveria. No final eu que fiquei no prejuízo. Já tive esse problema com Pratigel e de prontidão resolveram sem eu precisar me deslocar ao estabelecimento gastando tempo e combustível e pior sem resolver o assunto.
I bought some packages of Frozen Cauliflower and when they opened, they looked very dark. When I went to the supermarket, they said that due to the date of purchase and the aspect of the food there was a problem at the factory, D'aucy would solve it. In the end I was the one who lost. I've already had this problem with Pratigel and when they were ready, they solved it without me having to go to the establishment wasting time and fuel and worse without solving the matter.
