★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei trocar bateria do meu carro. Eles vieram de moto, trouxeram a bateria, e trocaram. O pagamento foi feito via aplicativo, não houve qualquer contato físico entre os funcionários e eu, o que é ótimo nesses tempos de pandemia. Além disse, liguei pedindo de manhã e em algumas horas o problema foi resolvido. Recomendo!
 I had to change my car battery. They came by motorcycle, brought the battery, and changed. Payment was made via the app, there was no physical contact between employees and me, which is great in these pandemic times. Besides, I called asking in the morning and in a few hours the problem was solved. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos nosso carro para trocar umas peças, os mesmo falaram que até 15:30 estariam pronto e nada, quando ligam 17:20 dizendo que não ia dá tempo concluir o serviço e o carro só seria entregue no dia seguinte, descanso com o cliente, detalhe: quando chega outro carro param o seu e vão atender o outro, falta de profissionalismo!. Não recomendo.
We took our car to change some parts, they said that by 15:30 they would be ready and nothing, when they call 17:20 saying that there would be no time to finish the service and the car would only be delivered the next day, rest with the customer, detail: when another car arrives they stop yours and go to attend the other, lack of professionalism !. I do not recommend.

Os mecânicos orientam a gente da melhor maneira pra fazer os serviços que realmente precisamos. Os preços de peças e do serviço é muito bom, além de muitas vezes sermos atendidos bem pelo próprio dono do negócio, o David.
I have been a client for just over a year. I am always treated well and the best ... they do not keep pushing me unnecessarily. The mechanics guide us in the best way to do the services we really need. The prices of parts and service are very good, and we are often served well by the business owner, David.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente só tinha um mecânico e ele já estava ocupado em outro serviço. Acabei não podendo fazer o serviço pois teria que aguardar por muito tempo para que pudesse ser feito pelo menos um orçamento de meu serviço.
