★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência em uma loja. Eles vendem o pneu barato e tentam te empurrar tudo que é serviço. Tentaram condenar alguma coisa na minha suspensão, disse que estava na garantia e que resolveria na loja que eu fiz, depois me cobraram R$420,00 pra desempenar 1 roda e eu disse que faria o serviço em outro lugar, pois 420 reais pra desempenar 1 roda era muito mais do que estava disposta a pagar e sabia de outros lugares mais baratos, e se negaram a trocar meus pneus já que não quis fazer o serviço. Pasmem, fui em outro lugar e minha roda não tinha nenhum empeno. Ainda Tentaram me ludibriar. O vendendor Rafael foi extremamente arrogante e estúpido quando eu não aceitei as condições impostas por ele pra trocar meus pneus.
 Worst experience in a store. They sell the tire cheaply and try to push you on everything that is service. They tried to condemn something in my suspension, I said it was under warranty and would solve it at the store I made, then they charged me R$420.00 to straighten 1 wheel and I said I would do the job elsewhere, because 420 reais to straighten 1 wheel was much more than I was willing to pay and I knew of cheaper places, and they refused to change my tires as I didn't want to do the job. Amazingly, I went somewhere else and my wheel didn't have any warp. They still tried to deceive me. Salesman Rafael was extremely arrogant and stupid when I didn't accept the conditions imposed by him to change my tires.

Terrible service guarantee not service or invoice say they changed the system and there is no I recommend and I never take the car but.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com esse “Centro Automotivo” afim de realizar a troca de dois pneus. Me informará o preço e eu disse que mais tarde iria até a loja, pois estava no trabalho. Mais tarde, entrei em contato novamente para informar que estava indo até o local e que estaria saindo da Gávea. Chegando ao local, em tom misterioso, simplesmente disseram que o pneu tinha acabado. Me fazendo ir até o local atoa. Falta de compromisso, falta de respeito com o cliente e falta de comunicação.
I got in touch with this “Automotive Center” in order to change two tires. He'll let me know the price and I said I'd go to the store later as I was at work. Later, I got in touch again to inform me that I was going to the place and that I would be leaving Gávea. Arriving at the scene, in a mysterious tone, they simply said that the tire was gone. Making me go to the place for nothing. Lack of commitment, lack of respect for the customer and lack of communication.

Bad service I went to get a quote they dismantled my car's shock absorber I did not authorize the service due to the different value from the one offered on the internet they mounted missing parts I called the store I didn't get an answer a game of pushing and dishonest with the customers I will never come back and I do not recommend the nobody

Primeiramente não sei como ainda este estabelecimento ainda está aberto diante de tanta reclamações,eu também não recomendo fiz um orçamento com eles quando chegou na loja além demorar mais de 2 horas em um único carro,onde não conseguian colocar amortecedor, gerente do local Rafael bem ignorante e sem argumentos começou a empurra um monte de defeito no meu carro porém eu vim de manutenção periódica e queria somente trocar meus pneus bem simples, o tempo todo eles inventavam alguma peça porém,por eu mesmo ter ido comprar eu amostrava pra ele que não estava Ruim,isso tbm ocorreu por uma falha na comunicação das lojas que disse que eu ganharia alinhamento 3 Dda direção e tbm balanceamento por conta disso queriam me empurrar diversas coisas, depois de 3 horas e meia na loja fui embora sem ter feito o serviço. Enganação Pura. Loja da mentira sem mais

It was Bad, this was also due to a failure in the communication of the stores that said I would gain alignment 3 From the direction and also balance because of that they wanted to push me several things, after 3 and a half hours in the store I left without having done the job. Fui apenas trocar os pneus do carro, assim que tiraram o rapaz começou começou a colocar vários defeitos no carro, quando disse que não tinha nada para fazer, ele ainda insistiu, olhou os pneus traseiro e disse que estavam ásperos, sendo que, os pneus são novos.
Após a retirada dos pneus dianteiros o rapaz levou para os fundos, após 5 minutos o mesmo voltar dizendo que os pneus estavam rachados e empenados, quando fui ver ambas estavam com a mesma marca e com rachadas a um ponto que se eu colocasse a roda na rua, seria certo que iria quebrar. Enfim, tive que pagar o solda e mais o procedimento para desempenar a roda, me cobraram a princípio 1100 reais para fazer os dois, no fim, me cobraram "apenas" 700 reais fora as rodas. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESTE LUGAR.
Worst experience I've ever had in my life. I just went to change the car's tires, as soon as they were removed, the boy started to put several defects in the car, when he said he had nothing to do, he still insisted, he looked at the rear tires and said they were rough, the tires are new.
After removing the front tires the boy took it to the back, after 5 minutes he came back saying that the tires were cracked and warped, when I went to see both were with the same mark and cracked to a point that if I put the wheel in the street, it would be sure to break. Anyway, I had to pay the soldering plus the procedure to straighten the wheel, they charged me at first 1100 reais to do both, in the end, they charged me "only" 700 reais not including the wheels. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.
