I was planted on the counter for 20 minutes without being answered because they were copying some material. They saw me, ignored me and just left. They didn't even ask what I wanted. Unfortunately I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com pressa e encontrei o contato desta copiadora pelo Google. Queria saber os valores de impressão e o rapaz respondeu que era R$1,50, MAS DEPENDE. Informei que o documento era texto simples e ele titubeou, dizendo que precisava analisar o documento antes de informar valores. Disse ainda que muitas pessoas falam que o documento é só texto e que a realidade não é bem assim... Como mencionei, eu estava com pressa e queria simplesmente saber se eles efetuavam o serviço que eu precisava e o valor cobrado por este, mas fui atendida dessa forma prolixa.
Recomendo que o local faça uma tabela de preços e que especifique bem o que cada um destes serviços inclui. O consumidor só quer uma informação clara e precisa. Isso beneficia a todos em uma relação comercial.
I was in a hurry and I found the contact for this copier on Google. I wanted to know the print values and the guy replied that it was R$1.50, BUT IT DEPENDS. I informed him that the document was plain text and he hesitated, saying that he needed to analyze the document before entering values. He also said that many people say that the document is only text and that reality is not quite like that... As I mentioned, I was in a hurry and I simply wanted to know if they would perform the service I needed and the amount charged for it, but I was attended in that long-winded way.
I recommend that the site make a price list and specify well what each of these services includes. The consumer just wants clear and accurate information. This benefits everyone in a business relationship.
