A área da piscina também é bonita e agradável. Só não aluguei meu apartamento lá por conta do valor. Que a maioria dos locatários querem um valor que não condiz com a atual estrutura do condomínio. Além disso, é também bem localizado. Melhor lugar da jabotiana, pra mim. Quem conseguir negociar um valor bacana, recomendo morar lá.
