★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi. Deixei uma solicitação de cirurgia a mais de um mês e até hoje tento falar com o setor de autorização e simplesmente nunca atendem o telefone e ninguém é capaz de dar uma explicação, o máximo que conseguem dizer é "entendo".
Inacreditável.
Worst service I have ever seen. I left a request for surgery for more than a month and until today I try to speak to the authorization industry and simply never answer the phone and no one is able to give an explanation, the best they can say is "I understand."
Unbelievable.
