★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourist exchange in the shopping place. Rate is 5% lower than the regular currency exchange (there is one across street in the alley next to the Tim mobile). They allow negotiation but still lower. They do however speak English while most others don't. But maybe not necessary for simply currency exchange.
