★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei INÚMERAS VEZES ligar no fone fornecido pelo site oficial e SÓ DÁ OCUPADO. Quando se consegue falar pelo número fornecido pelo Google, quem atende diz que é da Dyco mas tem ordem de só passar a ligação para um departamento se soubermos o nome da pessoa com quem temos que falar. Ou seja, atendimento nota ZERO! Assim já dá para se perceber que se você tiver problemas com os produtos deles é melhor entrar de imediato com uma ação judicial pois se depender do pós-venda VOCÊ NUNCA SERÁ ATENDIDO.
I tried NUMBER TIMES to call on the phone provided by the official website and it ONLY GETS BUSY. When you are able to speak using the number provided by Google, the person answering says that you are from Dyco but you are ordered to only pass the call on to a department if we know the name of the person with whom we have to speak. That is, ZERO service note! So you can see that if you have problems with their products it is better to file a lawsuit immediately because if it depends on the after-sales YOU WILL NEVER BE SERVED.
