Após a venda, o técnico compareceu no local no dia certo com extrema cordialidade e educação. Explicou os procedimentos iniciais e tirou todas as dúvidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, marquei várias visitas técnicas e demoraram muito para vir, quando enfim vieram, fizeram o serviço que posteriormente apresentou problemas e simplesmente ao solicitar uma nova visita, por 5 vezes, não vieram, desisti, não recomendo a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente enviei pela garantia o gelágua IBBL FR600 Exclusive para a assistência técnica na Dazu. Eles consertaram o defeito, mas, o gelágua veio com um NOVO DEFEITO, causado por eles. Deixaram a torneira da água gelada pingando muito. Em menos de 01 hora enche a pingadeira e transborda.
Agora querem me cobrar R$ 78 por um defeito causado por eles. Dizem ser a taxa de deslocamento. Mas eu não posso pagar por um defeito que não foi causado por mim. Foi causado por eles. Não é possível que eu tenha que pagar quase 8% do valor do produto por causa de um defeito causado pela assistência técnica.
ATUALIZAÇÃO: a Culligan, dona da IBBL, me informou por e-mail que a cobrança de R$ 78 para vir buscar o produto é INDEVIDA, portanto, se forem cobrados, entrem em contato com a IBBL pelo Instagram.
ATUALIZAÇÃO 2: a loja diz que eu estou mentindo. Pois está aí o print do e-mail da IBBL dizendo que "o deslocamento e reparo não deve ser cobrado em casos de produto em garantia."
A Dazu queria me cobrar R$ 78 para vir buscar o aparelho e R$ 78 vir deixar.
I recently sent the IBBL FR600 Exclusive water gel for technical assistance at Dazu. They fixed the defect, but the water gel came with a NEW DEFECT, caused by them. They left the cold water faucet dripping a lot. In less than 1 hour, the drip tray fills and overflows.
Now they want to charge me R$78 for a defect caused by them. Said to be the displacement rate. But I cannot pay for a defect that was not caused by me. It was caused by them. It is not possible that I have to pay almost 8% of the value of the product because of a defect caused by the technical assistance.
UPDATE: Culligan, owner of IBBL, informed me by email that the charge of R$ 78 to come pick up the product is INAPPROPRIATE, so if you are charged, please contact IBBL via Instagram.
UPDATE 2: The store says I'm lying. Well, there's the print of the IBBL email saying that "the displacement and repair should not be charged in cases of product under warranty."
Dazu wanted to charge me R$78 to pick up the device and R$78 to drop it off.
