★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a mais de 1 mês estou esperando a minha encomenda...eles dizem que não encontrou o endereço, que não havia ninguém em casa...informações que não procedem, sempre fica alguém em casa e minha casa é fácil de achar, nunca tivemos esse tipo de problema antes.
 Terrible service, I've been waiting for my order for more than 1 month...they say they couldn't find the address, that there was no one at home...information that is not correct, there is always someone at home and my house is easy to find , we've never had this kind of problem before.

Bad carrier! Almost a month with my purchase. My order is in town next to mine and their excuse for not delivering is the rain. Are you going to wait for a whole month of rain to finish before delivering? pqp!!! Lives up to all negative comments! A bucket of feces!!!

que estava como o prazo limite ser o dia 17/03 e não foi entregue).. falei com o pessoal que me vendeu o produto, eles ligaram pra transportadora e está pediu o prazo de até dia 18 as 19 horas entregarem e não fizeram novamente.. amanhã estarei pedindo o reembolso junto a toymania do valor pago + frete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A palavra é decepção, coloca no status que o destinatário está ausente, ou que a mercadoria foi entregue. Fica com a mercadoria mais de uma semana pra entregar, o cliente ainda tem que correr atrás pra provar que não recebeu a mercadoria.
NÃO CANSA DE MENTIR !!!! Custa fazer o trabalho correto!!!
Não recomendo essa Empresa.
The word is disappointment, it puts in the status that the recipient is absent, or that the goods have been delivered. It takes more than a week for the goods to be delivered, the customer still has to go after it to prove that he has not received the goods.
DON'T GET TIRED OF LYING!!!! It costs to do the right job!!!
I do not recommend this company.

Não entregam no prazo. Dizem que tentaram entregar, mas foi sem sucesso pq o endereço estava incompleto. O endereço está correto. Depois foi o cliente não estava em casa. Mas tem gente em casa o dia inteiro.... Decepcionada!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrante , só me responderam depois de abrir um chamado diretamente com o lojista, e mesmo assim entregaram 1 dia após , meu prazo final com a loja, antes de comprar vou consultar se a transportadora é essa , se for não voltarei a fazer serviço
Frustrating, they only answered me after opening a call directly with the shopkeeper, and even then they delivered 1 day after, my deadline with the store, before buying I'll check if this is the carrier, if it's not I'll do service again

As tentativas de entrega alegam que não estava em casa, sendo que estava todas as vezes! Não recebi um telefone para confirmar se estava ou não em casa!
Um vizinho de apartamento tentou receber e eles não entregaram!
Nem um dos telefones disponíveis São possíveis de contato, pois só chama e ninguém atende!!!!!
Indignada com essa prestação de serviço.

Delivery attempts claim that was not at home, and was every time! I did not receive a phone to confirm whether he was at home!
An apartment neighbor tried to get and they did not deliver!
Not one of the phones available are possible contact, it just calls and no answer !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 09/05 troquei meus pontos no Iupp (programa de pontos do Itaú) por um jogo de panelas Tefal. A DBA Express, contratada pelo Iupp e que deveria fazer a entrega, não entregou meu produto e alega que eu estava ausente nas três tentativas que realizaram. O que é uma inverdade.
Hoje mesmo, dia 23/05, eu não saí de casa nenhuma vez e no site de rastreio dessa "empresa" eles alegam que tentaram entregar hoje, mas é uma grande mentira.
Agora o último aviso dessa transportadora é que o produto que resgatei voltará para o remetente. Inconformada que um banco contrate uma transportadora tão ruim. Muitas pessoas estão com o mesmo problema que eu, referente a esta transportadora.
É um lixo!
On 09/05 I exchanged my points at Iupp (Itau's points program) for a game of Tefal pans. DBA Express, hired by Iupp and which was supposed to deliver, did not deliver my product and claims that I was absent in the three attempts they made. What is an untruth.
Today, 05/23, I didn't leave the house once and on the tracking website of this "company" they claim that they tried to deliver today, but it's a big lie.
Now the last notice from this carrier is that the product I redeemed will be returned to the sender. Unhappy that a bank hires such a bad carrier. Many people are having the same problem as me, regarding this carrier.
It's garbage!
