★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trouxe meu notebook na sexta-feira para um orçamento deixando claro que dependia do mesmo para trabalho e questionei sobre ser possível a devolução até segunda-feira de manhã, onde foi confirmado que tudo seria possível e que me ligariam ainda no sábado. O atendimento foi mal humorado, mas não julguei, pois sexta-feira todo mundo já está exausto.
Não me ligaram no sábado, não me informaram se seria possível a entrega no prazo e ao chegar para pegar meu notebook na segunda me atenderam com grosseria, gritando na frente de outros clientes e me questionando "como eu deixo um notebook com a tela toda quebrada e já ter ido buscar?", dizendo que esse processo leva tempo, como se eu fosse o responsável pela incapacidade deles de analisar o meu caso e deduzir os prazos.
Me trataram como se eu estivesse fazendo algum tipo de favor à eles, como se a manutenção fosse ser de graça e as peças fossem cair do céu. Fui mal atendido da hora que cheguei à hora que sai e jamais recomendaria esse serviço sem um pingo de profissionalismo à nenhum conhecido meu e faço questão de deixar claro para qualquer um que tenha dúvidas sobre fazer a manutenção de seus aparelhos com esses amadores.
I brought my laptop on Friday for a quote making it clear that I depended on it for work and I asked if it was possible to return it until Monday morning, where it was confirmed that everything would be possible and that they would call me on Saturday. The service was grumpy, but I didn't judge, because on Friday everyone is exhausted.
They didn't call me on Saturday, they didn't tell me if it would be possible to deliver on time and when I arrived to pick up my laptop on Monday they answered me with rudeness, shouting in front of other customers and asking me "how do I leave a laptop with the screen all broken and already picked it up?", saying that this process takes time, as if I were responsible for their inability to analyze my case and deduct the deadlines.
They treated me like I was doing them some kind of favor, like maintenance would be free and parts would fall from the sky. I was poorly attended from the time I arrived to the time I left and I would never recommend this service without an ounce of professionalism to anyone I know and I make it a point to make it clear to anyone who has doubts about maintaining their devices with these amateurs.
