★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou para atender. Demorou para entregar. Disse que trocou peças com problemas por peças originais porém apresentou defeito 3 meses após substituição. Muitas tentátivas para informar a presença dos problemas, porém, todas mensagens visualizadas e ignoradas. Não deu nota fiscal. Devolveu a maquina com peça (misturador) que nao era dela, cuja peça estava muito pior que a que desapareceu da máquina.
Took a while to answer. Took a while to deliver. Said he exchanged defective parts for original parts but had a defect 3 months after replacement. Many attempts to report the presence of problems, however, all messages viewed and ignored. Didn't give invoice. She returned the machine with a part (mixer) that was not hers, whose part was much worse than the one that disappeared from the machine.
