★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gente nao comprem carros na de luca veiculos els me venderam um carro bichado levei pra eles arrumarem mais d cinco vezes e eles me enrolaram as cinco vezes que fui entao cansado da safadeza deles resolvi levar num outro mecanico resolvi levando as notas la pra eles me reembolsarem o dinheiro nao cumpriram com o papel deles dentro de uma nota de 535 reais e outra de 590 reais me deram so 400 reais isso porque o defeito ja saiu de la da agencia portanto vcs da deluca veiculos nao teem mais o meu rspeito sao uns hom,ens sem respeito nenhum com o cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto ao carro comprado em Setembro/2020. Levei o carro dentro da garantia alegando que o led do óleo estava acendendo quando o carro esquentava. Vocês trocaram a cebolinha sendo que o problema estava na bomba de óleo. Eu moro a mais de uma hora da agência e falei isso quando deixei o veículo ai. A ideia de vcs é vencer o cliente pelo cansaço.. Acredito que os carros não sejam revisados antes da venda. Fora que quando se passaram os 3 meses, o carro apresentou vários outros problemas e tive gastos altos. Vcs não prezam pela satisfação do cliente, e sim pelo lucro financeiro.
