Prometeram a entrega na tarde do dia seguinte .somente após eu ligar cobrando, entregaram depois das 19h com 3 peças lavadas e 8 djeans passados. 1deles com mancha de sorvete que bastou colocar debaixo d'água saiu. Quando reclamei enviando as fotos disseram que iriam devolver o dinheiro e entregaram a uma criança aqui do prédio. Claro que não aceitei.
Ou seja, não há comprometimento nem respeito ao cliente. Mas o prejuízo poderia ser bem maior -sou grata por não terem lavado.?
 Terrible. They did not deliver on the agreed day. They promised delivery the following day afternoon. Only after I called charging, they delivered after 7pm with 3 washed pieces and 8 past djeans. 1 of them with ice cream stain that was enough to put under water came out. When I complained sending the photos they said they would return the money and handed it to a child here in the building. Of course I did not accept.
That is, there is no commitment or respect to the customer. But the damage could be much greater -I'm grateful they didn't wash.?
